Sarah created hey lemon out of a desire to have therapy feel different, more approachable, serious but not stuffy. For the in-betweens, for when life keeps dishing lemon after lemon, right!?

Sarah is a depth-oriented Relational-Cultural Therapist that intentionally integrates theory from evidence-based methodologies including: Narrative Therapy, AEDP, and Schema Therapy. Sarah is importantly Feminist, trauma-informed and context/systems-aware.

Clients Sarah usually works with:

  • Perinatal population at any stage: TTC, infertility, prenatal, perinatal loss, postpartum, PPD, PPA, PPR etc.

  • Professionals and students wanting to manage challenges with more clarity

  • Folks navigating life transitions (e.g. parenthood, breakups, job changes)

In-between sessions, find Sarah loving up on her family, adjusting to motherhood, reading, running, catching a Lagree class, or watching the latest season of Drag Race.

After running a local business all day long, Brad is the Johnny to Sarah’s David, if you know what we mean. He’s the sure-footed realist who makes sure our write-offs are *actually* write-offs. He’s the T’c and C’s guy, the “don’t forget about taxes" guy, the best.

When he’s not the brains behind two local businesses, find Brad doing tummy time with his son, golfing, in the gym, or rough housing with the dog.
